If it's in London the Electoral Rolls are on Anc*stry.

You could try 192.c*m

was there an electoral roll in 1914???


I thought they were suspended during both WWs

There were indeed electoral registers compiled in 1914, 1915 but not in 1916 or 1917. They resumed in 1918.

Remember however that it was not until 1918 that all males aged 21 or over and all females (Of property) aged 30 or over were franchised to vote so would appear on an electoral register. It was only in 1928 that all women aged 21 or over were granted the right to vote.

Researching:
Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

As Jonesey says, the info you would get would be very limited. Have you considered finding the address on1911 census? Not much earlier so you might be lucky, and if so will get lots of information.
