As Jonesey says, the info you would get would be very limited. Have you considered finding the address on1911 census? Not much earlier so you might be lucky, and if so will get lots of information. |

There were indeed electoral registers compiled in 1914, 1915 but not in 1916 or 1917. They resumed in 1918. |
