Can't find attachments Help Please!

It is possible that the problem stems from the formatting of attachments.

I also tried to send files to another member. They appeared to attach fine but as soon as I sent the message, they disappeared.
After more than one attempt, I decided to change the documents held in my file from tiff to jpeg and tried again.
They attached and sent without any problems..
If I need to send anything via GR, I make sure it is saved as jpeg first!

If there are attachments to a message, there will be a paperclip icon next to it in the 'In' box list. When you open the message there will be a dark box right at the end 'Get Attachments'.

If you can't see these, then there is nothing attached to the message.

Hello
I've contacted a relation on here and they've sent me some pics but I can't find them! There doesn't seem to be anything other than the message. When I click reply I can see the add attachments box for me to send but nothing for me to open with the incoming message.
