I’ve looked at the site LanOPC for church records and the census records are mentioned but I can’t find how to get into them. I would be grateful of some help please.
Pat.

I'm not aware of LanOPC having censuses .
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

If you're looking for free sites with censuses, try Family Search or Freecen.

The 1921 Census (England & Wales) is only on FindMyPast, where you can do a basic search for free without a sub, but need a sub or PAYG to view full transcriptions or images.

Thank you for that ArgyllGran
I must be mistaken so I’ll have a look at the sites you mentioned.

OPC stands for Online Parish Clerks

I meant to add that Freecen isn't comprehensive. It doesn't have all censuses for all places, and its coverage varies from place to place.

As far as free sites go, FamilySearch is much better for censuses.
Make sure you search "Records" , which are factual, and not "Genealogies", which are just what people have decided to put on their trees and isn't necessarily correct.

But if you can't find what you want on those sites, come back and ask us here, as most of us have subs to Ancestry or FindMypast and will be only too happy to look things up for you.
