I’ve been just trying to look at the electoral roll and it would seem that you now have to have credits. Does anyone know if this is correct or have I pressed a wrong button? If you have to have credits when did this start as I’m sure I looked at one only a couple of weeks ago. I’ve asked the support team but keep getting a message error.

You're correct! Thanks for pointing it out.

It now lets you do the basic search for free as always, but requires 10 credits to show the full details when you click on the document symbol to the right of the search result.

That's a very disappointing development!

It would have been nice if support would have confirmed this.

GR 'support' MAY answer in a few months' time....................

Yes you can see people who live at the property but not the actual address anymore which is frustrating.

You only need to ask for a lookup on FMP………..

I had just posted on General.

At first I thought that I must have accidently signed out before searching, but now I see that someone else has found a problem too.

I know people are kind enough to look up on behalf of someone else and I would be grateful but it seems a little bit unfair when they’ve had to pay extra for the privilege.
