	It depends on the year, I went to the records office yesterday and my year was missing. There is still a closure rule so it is probably worth ringing the records office that the report would be covered by and then they will advise you. If it is a year that can be viewed (mine was 1897 ) they will tell you if they have docuements for that year. It may save you time searching the papers first! Elaine

Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 384 Send Message	Thank you Elaine for your advice. The year I am interested in is 1963 so they probably are not available but I've e-mailed the relevant Records Office anyway just to make sure. Lyndsey
