torn certificates from the ONS

Am I the only person to get torn certificates through the post? Is it the Swiss postal system or do other people have this problem? Heather |

If the envelpoe was also torn, then I would imagine the postal system was at fault. If the envelope was undamaged I would complain to the the GRO. Jennifer |

can honestly say I,ve NEVER recived a torn cert . you may to back to the GRo and say the cert wasnt received intact They May send you another copy but dont have any experence of this. Shirley |
