torn certificates from the ONS

can honestly say I,ve NEVER recived a torn cert . you may to back to the GRo and say the cert wasnt received intact They May send you another copy but dont have any experence of this. Shirley

If the envelpoe was also torn, then I would imagine the postal system was at fault. If the envelope was undamaged I would complain to the the GRO. Jennifer

Am I the only person to get torn certificates through the post? Is it the Swiss postal system or do other people have this problem? Heather
