Woodford Bridge is not listed alone....Probably came under Woodford which is part of West Ham Registration district. WEST HAM REGISTRATION DISTRICT Registration County : Essex (1837-65); Greater London (1965-67). Created : 1.7.1837. Abolished : 1.1.1968 (succeeded by Newham district). I have an ancestor , James Brooks born abt 1786 who gives his birthplace as Woodford Bridge on the 1851 census. Can anyone please tell me either what parish this would have been or how I can find out. Thank you, Julie |
