It says I have it till 20th Feb, now by my working that's more than 3 days. Oh yes I found I could get the uk ones and I've been on it for the last 2 hours, time for a coffee I think. Josie |

Hi Mhairi, I still cant even get into the free stuff, whenever I log onto the site it comes up with all my details, user name password etc. I just can see anything thre about it being free for 3 days. Betty |

Glad your having fun Derek :) Betty, did you uncheck the 'color' box when you did a search on the page linked to above (well page one)? If not then try again, any name will do. Then search (on the top bar), UK and then either England/Wales or Scotland. Try it, if it doesnt work then let me know. Another suggestion suggested is to clear your cookies and try again. Clearing the cookies would mean you have to log back in, hopefully that would work. If it still doesnt work you could try setting up another account with a different email. Mhairi |

Betty Nothing will show up about it being free, it just seems to happen. Try a search in either the uk or american census and try to open up the image Mhairi |

Betty, Lets start again. Come out of ancestry Log back in again. Click on Home tab Scoll down until you find MORE COLLECTIONS On right hand side of this box find UK CENSUS COLLECTIONS Scroll down until you find: Click on SEARCH SPECIFIC UK CENSUS by YEAR Click on the census you want Then type the details you want of a Relly etc etc Dreekie PS Hi Mhairi |

ho hum... have you tried clearing your cookies and trying again? Its tools and then internet options, delete cookies. Sorry for explaining if you already know how to do that. I'm abit baffled if that doesnt work... Mhairi |

Hi again Mhairi, Deleted cookies as you suggested, went into have another go on Ancestry but stll can't get in free. Anyway I am tired and need my bed, will have another go tomorrow. Thanks for all your help Mhairi I am trying to help a family member trace a man who married twice, outlived his first wife who was younger than him, he remarried and outlived most of his children too in Kirriemuir Scotland.
