Hi Kerri, I have Isabella's death cert and he was dead when she died. he was alive in 1901 in Dundee but I can't find a death for him in Scotland so I'm just presuming he died in Australia. His son was also called William Wemyss and I have his certificate too. I can't find them on any ship lists going to australia. Thanks again Denise

Hi Denise From NSW Registry of BMDs- Isabella Dobson died 1937 aged 70 in district of Auburn ,father-Robertson,reg no 8003/1937 Their son..........unless William was very old when he died William Wemyss Dobson died 1964 at Parramatta ,parents William & Isabella, reg no 22215/1964 Could not find William.Perhaps if you get Isabella's death record it may say if she was widow thus narrowing search.Maybe his name was mistranscribed. Hi Kerri He was married to an Isabella Dobson ms. Robertson in Dundee Scotland. I know his family lived in the parramatta and balmain areas of sydney if that helps? Thanks Denise

Hi Kerri, Thank you for your very kind offer. I'd really appreciate a look up please on the following; Sussannah Parr b 1876 and sister Jane Parr b1887 both from Lancashire, England. Both sisters emigrated prior to the great war. In 1901 Jane is living in England with her grandfather Richard Orrell and Sussanah also in England in 1901 is visiting Percival Yates. Any information on either of the sisters would be fantastic, unfortunately I don't know which part of Australia they emigrated to, or who they married. Sussannah was a dressmaker. Hi Kerri Am trying to find details of a marriage between Valentine Hutchinson and Rose E Foley. It would have been around 1899 - 1902 in Victoria. I found details of the birth of Valentine L Hutchinson in 1902 in Glebe, parents shown as Valentine and Rose E Can you help at all ? We think that Valentine was a 'jack'-the-lad' ...... I found details of an earlier marriage of Valentine in 1898 to a Florence Moulsdale in Liverpool - but he seemed to disappear cos Florence Hutchinson was shown at her parents home on the 1901 census and I didn't find a record of his death in England ...... and I don't know if divorce was common in that time ..... so it looks like he skipped the country and sailed to warmer climates lol Many thanks Angie

Hi Kerri, Thank you for the offer, Henry Von Unna / Unna trying to find when he arrived in Sth Australia.He spent time in Guichen Bay, near Robe Sth. Aust. His first child was born 1858 in Adelaide, he died in 1859 in Sth Australia. He was a German but spent time in UK. also he was a watch maker, and I do not have an age for this fellow, or his birth date. This has been a hard one for me, Regards Lorraine
