Not sure if I have asked this question before, but here goes.... The family story says...my granddads stepfather was once a Mayor of Bootle, Lancashire about 1895ish. Is there any way I can prove/disprove this story? Kathlyn |

Google for Bootle, then contact the local authority, they should have a record of all former Mayors. Jennifer |

Oh I'm interested to know if this turns out to be true. I love it when people can confirm links to important people (since mine are all dulloids). Liz |
