Problems opening tree and accessing Ancestry UK

Is anyone else having difficulty opening their Family Tree on here? and is there a problem with Ancestry UK today ? Ellen.

I have had problems for last 3 days, keep getting error processing image. I am going to ring them later today if things don't improve.

Hi, Are you having trouble opening your tree on Genes Reunited? Can i ask view are you looking at - immediate family or full view and how many names there are in your tree, please? Thanks.

I find that when i have any problems with ancestry and this site, If i delete my cookies and delete the files in the temporary internet folder, this normaly fixes the problem Roy

Deleted cookies and files and made no difference.

Sue, did you logoff the site and then logon again when you deleted? I don't no anything else that you could try. Roy

Well when clearing cookies etc it clears the passwords so had to log in again anyway.

I had a problem opening my tree last week until I adjusted my pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from this website. Jeannie
