Anyone having any probs with Ancestry images. Pages won't load or get image error. If so what do I do next. Helppppp |

Sue, I had the same problem a few days ago. Think it's a glitch in the system. Images were blank. Got no response to my emails so contacted them on 08003457917 and they re-imbursed my credits used for the blank images. |

Haven't had aproblem with Ancestry but you might be interested to know you might be able to get free access to the site at your local library. |

Playing up again this evening. I've still got a few more units to use and tellling me I need to subscribe to view the images on the census. Think I'll be giving them a call tomorrow as well. |

I am finding the images not loading very well through Internet Explorer but if I do it through Mozilla Firefox its loading normally, so maybe its IE |
