Vessels 1841 census

Could anyone tell me if Vessels are included in the 1841 census on Ancestry-I'm trying to find William Hosier mariner born c 1816 Poole Dorset living Liverpool -I have found his wife Ellen but William is not listed at that address -I know he was still alive as he fathered a child the following year -Any help greatly appreciated -Heather

Hi Heather No it seems there are no vessles on 1841. When you open the page and scroll down you can see all areas covered. Sheila

Heather Was it Royal Navy or Merchant? They have quite a few Merchant details on theshipslist.org and Royal Navy you should be able to get from National Archives under Seamans Services but it's not complete Sheila
