I have googled German Dictionary; all I could find was ‘freeman = freier Mann’. Would this be correct? – ‘Herr freier Mann’, (lowercase F). Thank you for your help, Maryann.

Member Since: April 2006 Posts: 104 Send Message	Hi Maryann, I would have thought James would be Jakob, and John would be Johann or Johannes. Freeman (as a surname) might be Freiman or Freimann.
