On the 1851, if the name is Hepper there are two Anns although they say born in Devon neither says Silverton (which maynot mean anything) One is a servant aged 15, the other is with family Mother Harriott Hepper and Father William and siblings. They are living in Somerset now, have three servants and he is a farmer. Could this be possible? |

Hi I found an Ann Hepper aged 3 in Silverton Devon on the 1841. She seems to be living with another family though, named Rogers. Have a look. Maggie |

None of the ones living at Plymouth were down as being born in Silverton. Have you tried all variations of the name? It is quite unusual. |

The only family of Hepperds I can find in 1851 in Devon are living in Plymouth St Andrew - Thomas, Eliza and family. Are you sure about her birth year? Maybe she was in service in another county? |
