Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 87 Send Message	Birth certificate shows that birth was registered 'by proxy' when the baby was 18 months old. The registration was done by the father and correctly names both parents. Is there likely to be another (earlier) birth certificate? The person thinks they were fostered at birth with a view to adoption but the adoption never happenned. Thanks for any help.
