I lived in Chiswick all my life so I should be able to help you in your quest. Chiswick is currently within the Borough of Hounslow but up to the 1960's was the borough of Brentford and Chiswick. As regards parishes there are several within Chiswick, so tell us the location and we should be able to help. (Hammersmith, by the way, is the neighbouring borough.) The most likely parish is St Nicholas, as that includes the old Village of Chiswick itself.
