	I don't know why however it will print from files like my documents, etc. so I know the printer's fine It's like there's a communication problem somewhere. Does that sound feasible? I have checked cables, changed inks and have unplugged the rotten thing with no joy. Really need someone's help here if that's okay? Aileen

And yes, it will be because you have AOL's blasted infernal customised version (and I can't help with that as I refuse to have aol anywhere near my puter). Someone else will doubtless be able to help. Jools

	Hi Jools, at least you tried! I have had AOL for years with no probs but I know from the boards that people don't like it. Now I'm doing a scan for viruses to see what it comes up with..thanks anyway. Jen, didn't think of that idea- thanks! However I really want to sort this problem out if I can. It's just driving me nuts! If the printer was totally knackered then I'd understand but not knowing how to sort it is infuriating. Have a great sunny day! Aileenx
