Help! how to contact gencircles!

I've been trying to delete my old tree from gencircles for days, and nothings happening! I'm gettting really frustrated! There is no link on the site that I can see for contacting them, can anyone help?

Once you're logged in, click on the ''MyGenCircles'' link. Then, under ''File Manager'' you should see a list of all files that you've uploaded. Click ''remove'' on the one that you don't want - simple! Richard

thanks, at least I have some idea why its going wrong now! I have actually gone through the delete process several times over the last week but it has not been deleted.
