thanks, at least I have some idea why its going wrong now! I have actually gone through the delete process several times over the last week but it has not been deleted. |

Once you're logged in, click on the ''MyGenCircles'' link. Then, under ''File Manager'' you should see a list of all files that you've uploaded. Click ''remove'' on the one that you don't want - simple! Richard |

I've been trying to delete my old tree from gencircles for days, and nothings happening! I'm gettting really frustrated! There is no link on the site that I can see for contacting them, can anyone help? |
