I've just received a birth certificate from Bury for a birth registered in 1852. I was really disappointed to find the address is just Moorfield, Bury North. I'm really disappointed as I hoped the address would help trace them on 1851 and perhaps other family members on 1841. Has this happened to anyone else? A Manchester cert issued in 1856 for his brother gives a full address. What a twist! |

Yes, unfortunately it happens a lot! Many of mine are from small towns and it just says the name of the town!! Not very helpful. Anne |
