Can anyone suggest an easy to use Family Tree programme to record and display all my findings. I am using an American one at the moment but its very complicated and longwinded. |

I think most of us use Family Treemaker 2005. Im pretty thick when it comes to technology and I am managing! Ive put all my info on plus photos and made a website homepage. |

I got Family Tree Maker 2005 about a month ago and find it very easy to use, once you get used to it. You can print out all sorts of trees and reports etc. Kath. x |

You can get it from anywhere that sells computer software. The basic program is enough although you can get deluxe versions as well. Kath. x |

Is Family Tree Maker better than the PAF from FamilySearch? What kind of reports does it have? Thanks Andrea |

PAF is free - I dont know what you have on there but with FT2005 you can add photos, print reports, trees, books, you get a webspace for your homepage. Its in Amazon and PCWorld both on line for about £29 at the moment. |

I use Legacy, its has a free version which has a load of different options, but don't think that is complicated because it isn't. It does everything I would want it to do. |
