Can anyone help please? I have bought credits on the 'familyrelatives.org' site and when I try to view an image it tells me I do not have the djvu viewer to view the image. I have a djvu on the Mac but it doesn't work. Do I have to download another one? When I go to the download page ( which is a separate website) I don't know what to download as it is not clear. I have asked their technical help for advice but have had no reply so far. They have charged for pages that I can't see! Please help. Thankyou. Teresa |

Thankyou for your replies. I went to the 1837 site and found that that is the Djvu that I have already downloaded. I have installed it and it works on other sites why won't it work on 'familyrelatives'? They still haven't replied to my enquiry. Every time that I try the viewer it's going to charge me. Does anyone know what to do to make it work? Teresa |

More and more mysterious! Have you got an imac though? I think the problem is the ie browser I can only use ie5.1 on imac OS9 and the site says it needs 5.5. I was going to try netscape but you say you can't get it on that! I'll keep you posted. Teresa |
