John's right. Hardly any births have been transcribed for 1882. Have you looked for them under the mother's maiden name? They might have been born before the marriage. Crista |

Have you tried the GRO lists at libraries/CROs/1837? Free BMD isn't complete yet. Have a look at the graphs on their site. 1883 looks complete, but 1882 is only about 5% complete yet. |

Can anyone help - I have twins on 1901 census as 18 yrs old - have looked on ancestry and freebmd but cant match them up. Names of Ernest & Henry Miles - parents listed on census - Richard and Rosetta, they were residing queenswood lodge streatham (he was the gardner). Found parents marriage in free bmd wandsworth 1882. I have all of them listed on 1891 census as well, but can't find births of ernest or henry listed around the time/area. any ideas? judy |
