Can anyone give me help on where I might locate a site for Tin mines in Cornwall? Im trying to trace my great grandfather Anthony Harrison. Much appreciated. |

You can also google to see if there's an online parish clerk for the area(s) you are looking at - mine is brilliant and has sent me info going back to 1750s on 3 sides! nell |

Thanks everybody for all your help its is very much appreicated, I shall hopefully this weekend find somethiing. David, Im sorry to say I dont know what area my ggrandfather came from as he later moved to Co Durham and in Co Durham there are millions of Harrisons. Thanks to everyone cheers Yvonne |

Hi My gt gt granfather and the rest of my maternal family were tin miners they were from Warleggan on the Bodmin Moors. |
