What does Kh mean on census records?

I'v noticed the letters Kh several times on the place of birth section on census records. eg. London Kh and Suffolk Kh. Does anyone know what that means? Suzzanne

Are you sure it's not NK or nk? That means "not known" I've seen it a lot on the place of birth section, sometimes it just says NK, or the county and then NK, meaning the specific town in not known. Sam

I think the first letter is a K, but I suppose the second letter might be 'n' or 'h'. Looking at other 'N's' and 'k's' in the census, they don't look like them. But I could be wrong! Thanks for the reply though.
