on my grandmothers marriage certificate it shows the name of her father however i seem to think he had died before she got married. would he still be named even if he was deceased? |

thanks that all helps it does not say deceased on the marriage cert (1910) and it could xplain why i have never found him on the 1901 census i just assumed beceause he was on the cert he was alive. i now think his wife remarried prior to 1901. |
