hi sorry to b a pest i have downloaded the decoder but dont know how to match people up i am looking for james griffiths and sarah griffiths and the census place should be around birkenhead. the only james i know that will fit was put down as single no others in house as on original 1901 census site. so if i look up sarah and then james how can i match them up will it b by id no (were people in the same house given same id nos) what if they were if different houses on census night hope this all makes sense. thanks again |

The version of the decoder i use can process more than 30 results, i've used it to help me with some Smiths! Steve. |

thanks to u all, to narrow it down i have just been putting in one age. my grandmother i know was aged 10 at this time however i have come t the conclusion that her and her family are not on the 1901 census my fathers family no probs back 2 1655 my mothers is at a full stop at 1890 i cannot find this elusive family. mind you i did find one bessie(her first name) transcribed as bessue so mayb they are in there somewhere!!!!!!!! |
