For men that died in the war, would I still find their death certificate reference on the 1837 site or are their deaths registered somewhere else? Maggie |

They are in separate index's in the FRC. They aren't on 1837 online yet. I found mine at the FRC and the death certificate didn't give me any extra information than the info that is on CWGC site. Diane |

Are marriages whilst in the Armed Forces during the war on a separate list too? |

Thanks Diane, Saves me trawling through the 1837, I thought there might be more info on the certificate. I have found a Henry Dipple in the CWGC but not sure if he's mine as it does not say who his parents or next of kin are - as his number is on there can I find out more information by giving this number to someone somewhere!!
