Ongoing PC problem

Hi Bob - and anyone else who may be interested, It's taken a week but you were all correct. It was the graphics card! We found a friend who came and put his graphics card into our machine. Wonderful - no more ghosting. Went out and bought a new card, put it in and computer locked up completely after 5 minutes. Got fed up with re-booting. Now we have a "borrowed" card to keep us going. Think there is some sort of compatability problem. Anyway, we are up and running again and I should just like to thank you all (particularly Bob) for your help. Best Wishes Jill |
