Not laughing Taff sweet, we do know totally what you are saying and going through, it is rediculous, so much for personal customer service. We have voice activated service, if you have a speech problem there is no way you will get through. |

Call center for here is not here, it is in Manila or Singapore or Pakistan, when they can't work it out for you, they pass you on the techno's at home. |
