What is it recently someone puts up a thread and we post our views then whoosh the powers that be at GR delete. There was nothing wrong with that thread - wish they would say when they are going to delete

I just pm'd Muffy to ask if she had been whooshed. I couldn't see anything libellous on there but hey we are just caring members who expressed dismay at certain behaviour, obviously not allowed.

It was about the news that Maddie asked her mom why she did not go to her when she was crying.
It seems to me that everytime Sky News is mentioned GR zap the thread - perhaps we should say ITV news and then they will leave the thread alone !!!

We were only discussing what is readily available in the media.

There was nothing wrong with the thread just adults discussing what is going on in the news and papers.

I know, it's not what I'd call freedom of speech. I think if we put alledgedly (sorry for the spelling) in front of our post they ought to leave it alone.

Maybe it's not freedom of speech if the people being discussed can't respond........................as with suspended or banned members.......just a thought, so please don't all jump on me:)

Thanks Mary,
I did see their spokesman on this morning, and accepted what he said.
They have had a dreadful time and I would not wish that on my worst enemy.... but GR is now owned by ITV isn't it?
So they will be protecting themselves.
