I know some people pooh pooh these things ,but I know from experience(although not personal),it can be the best thing to do.Well done you. Helen x

	lol ros xx thanks helen, its taken me till i was 41 to do it but was a time when i had come to terms with everything and find closure, writing it down was very theraputic too .

	about 6 months srs xx, i was stuck for an ending lol, but one soon appeared xx
