Jax in Wales

Jax in Wales Report 4 May 2009 21:53

All of us at times have problems in our lives which often we cant see how we will ever get over it or see the light at the end of the tunnel, but during these dark times something happens to bring a smile to our faces.

Mine over the past few days has been my teen son, who hardly ever speaks more than a few words apart from when hes on the want for something but the past few days has been a real strength to me, shown me so much love and made me smile with the daft little things hes done and said.

What or who are your reasons to be cheerful?

My grandchildren. When I'm down or there is a problem that just seems too hard to overcome I look at their little faces and I feel so good. Is there anything better than 3 little ones fighting to sit on your lap or racing down the hallway and throwing themselves at you when you visit?

Ian Dury, love that song.

My OH.

You and Steve for keeping me going.

Other friends, too.

A roof over my head, water in the tap, food in the house.

Brick walls tumbling.

Twilight zone.

That'll do for now :-)
