Tec, Queen are my favourite group in the whole world. They, or their cd's are often to be found blasting out here, while I relive my youth. |

Good Morning Berona - I don't feel geriatric at all, but three years ago I was in hospital in a ward with a lot of old men - really old men - when I asked a nurse why was I in that ward, she replied that it was a geriatric ward, and as I was over 65 I was considered medically geriatric. |

Hi Linda. Don't tell Allan, but if your OH thought you were mad wanting to talk to wheelie bins - he would be right! |

I hate driving to Manchester it is such a flog and the parking is always about quarter of an hour away at least. Normally we have no option because the check in is too early for the train, but this time it works out fine |

Allan - thanks for asking. The cramps were bad for a whole week, then stopped, and only on two occasions since, have I felt a twinge in the toes and I have stamped my foot and it went away. I'm taking a mild 'natural' magnesium tablet to help prevent them. My legs have improved in strength, but I can still only walk about twenty paces before the calf muscles object and I have to sit down and rest them for a while. I'm still unable to walk as far as my mailbox or put out my bin, but I'm working on it. I see my specialist on Saturday so I'm hoping he will know what caused it and how to stop it from happening again - and most of all - how to put power back into my legs! |

I thought that you wore your nightcap all day long Tec |

Berona | Report | 24 Jan 2010 22:19 |
Of course he wears it all day long. That's why I made it! Long, too, so that he can wrap it around his neck - then he can put something else on top of that if he wishes. He should be warm. Tell me if you're not, Tec - and I'll make another one with thicker wool! |

Pat - I still have hair, albeit now grey to silver - so wear nothing on my head |

I can't think why Tec, I am sure with Berona's colour scheme you look very nice. |

Tec - take no notice of the people staring at you. I purposely chose the powder blue shade so that it wouldn't attract attention like Allan's beanie. |
