It appears to be someone quoting Welshy:) won't mention names
but found it on the link you mentioned.

I was replying to you on the Welshy thread when it got whooshed.
But Welshy didn't use those words on that thread, I checked, Joy was the first to use them at 13.39, perhaps you are referring to another thread.
Whatever...as my kids would say, he's gone for now, hopefully not to return, but one does like to know who to avoid, in this case it was obvious whatever his board name
