This to let you all no just spoke to Caz on phone she did,nt tell me as she did,nt want to worry me,but shes had another fall which was,nt very nice and shes not well,Caz wont be on pc for short while as shes not up to it,so ive told her plenty of rest or she will have me on her case LOL,and i said you dont want that
But on serious note shes not well and needs our support more than ever ,ill pass any pm for her onto her as i ring her to make sure shes ok,and please if you would keep it nudge so mybe when Caz is up to it ,she can see as she did,nt want people thinking that she was,nt botherd so
My Friend please take care and tell me when your not well dont worry about me having alot of worries,im abig girl and ive abig heart,i can fit all my friends in

Dutch you are good at telling caz to rest but you need to do that yourself.
