I usually do have ryvita for lunch, as soon as I have bread the weight piles on. However, I did put weight on yesterday as we seemed to eat all the wrong things!! (Oh and drink as well!!) |

I had lunch at the Freeman hospital today, been to a half day seminar.....OH spoils me he really does ;-).....had a very nice ham salad and a light crusty bap :-D |

Bowl of East Indian Muligatawny Soup while on a break from sorting and cleaning kitchen cupboards. Hot but nice. Had hoped to be going to the Britannia Hotel for a belated Christmas do but OH still not well.Will have to have some comfort food and drink later on. |
