just few words i shall be off for few days as i have gout in my ankle went the hospital yesterday as could,nt put foot on the floor aslso
Sheila7 wont be on for few days as she went the hospital she has got high blood preasure and is having tests on thurs putting 24 hour montior on
But one of us will be back on to see how the meet is getting along tried to ring you Jude now i know why,also tried to ring you Puss put your number is in the downstairs phone not the up stairs were i am in bed so this is my last message for few days

Joyce, sorry you are feeling so poorly, do try and rest so you are well enough for your visit. Hope Sheila will be ok too and all of you with ailments.

Puss, so kind of you love, but I can't drive myself that far now, with the constant fatigue and he wouldn't be happy for me to try to do so. Train or coach would be tiring too, so have to give it a miss.

It's a nightmare here at the mo with him off work, he did some stuff outside in the garden but still hasn't done anymore on the bathroom work lol

Neighbours are noisy too, so haven't had much sleep, today one is having some trees cut down, so won't get much snoozing in this morning. They are always doing something, drives me nuts lol

I will try and ring one of you at the meet and have a natter, hope you can all make it ok

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A B n B NEAR THE VENUE, AS THE TRAVELINE WILL BE TOO MUCH TO CARRYONE UP TO GATES HEAD IN ONE DAY, I WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE BUZZING NOISE ON MY MACHINE MIGHT BE ACCUSED OF HAVING NIGHTLY PLEASURES, NOT THAT I KNOW WHAT ONE SOUNDS LIKE OF COURSE LOL XX :-D

Just to say looking forward to next saturday for the meet and to see some old friends and new ,hope the weather stays nice as over here its very warm at the moment see you all on the 23rd

Well, Dutch was under the table by the time I got there, along with Mr Pie. Liz was scurrying around for something 'purple' to hit them with.............


It was lovely to meet everyone, the first time for me but all made me feel very welcome.

Roy and John must have been in their element surrounded by a bevy of beauties all afternoon

I left them (about 4pm) ordering another round of large vodka and a 200 pack of B&H ;-)

What a fantabulous day I've had.What a lovely set of people,it was as if we had been friends for years. Poor Sheila is not the best wheelchair driver and Dutch whipping her to gee up didn't help lol.The bus drivers were great very helpful. as was the chap who ran to the hotel door as we arrived, then took off very quickly. Dutch said "I'm sure that was Lizs oh" and we tried to laugh it off saying Liz could not come she had told us so. We got settled and lo and behold out popped LIz. Thank you all for such a lovely day. I was kn.....ed and fell asleep for an hour in the chair and am ready for a good long sleep now, not done so much talking in a long time. :-D :-D :-D :-D <3 U all. Elaine.

Gins after pushing Dutch around in the wheelchair all day i couldnt puff on another ciggie i needed oxygen,shes only having 2 trifles for tea instead of 3,I did get her home in one piece cos I cheated and got a taxi with a ramp and a strong driver :-D :-D Elaine I think we all chated our little hearts out and it was a rearly good day Lovely food brilliant company what more could one ask for,except another meet :-D :-D :-D Chat soon <3 <3 Sheila..Liz is like Cilla Black SURPRISE SURPRISE LOL Nice to meet Porkie Pie as we did not know for sure if he would make it and brought his lovely friend John with him :-D Glad to see our Sallie again too :-D Nina hope you found your bus and got home safely or youd be in bother with your cats :-D
