	Watercress contains more iron than other veg - even spinach. Lucky we can get it all the year round.

Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 8,791 Send Message	Doc suggested to me (a few years ago) to drink stout to help my iron levels. I couldn't stand the stuff! He then recommended a glass of port every night! I don't know if it helped my iron levels, but it helped me sleep :-D You could try eating a few roofing nails ;-)

	Joy please put your pipe away frets Dizzi I dont like either of them your lovely you are <3 Im sure It will work out in the end but for now think my best bet is a bowl of sprouts and a glass of sweet stout for my breakfast is the best bet ;-)
