Member Since: March 2009 Posts: 280 Send Message	I am 82 and this year celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary...End of August have a drink for me and the wife...Quite a milestone I reckon...I left London aged 18 and wife's mum and dad gave me a home..Never been back to London to live since...Been in this house all the time...Never moved...Wife has lived here for 78 yrs this year....Other than computing (only had one for 3 1/2 yrs) my other ""occupation"" is collecting and growing Hosta's..Got 79 varities now...Garden looks lovely...Off to get lunch..Bye for now.....LESGLEN...

	Hello Leslie Many congratulations on your forth coming 60th I sure will raise a glass (or two) to you and your wife .....and I thought I had done well having my 50th last year! ;-) Bet your garden is a treat must keep you busy but are you not into doing your family tree , if not well that will keep you out of mischief :-D

	Congratulations on your approaching diamond anniversary. I'll raise a glass to you and your wife. I have some lovely hostas in big terracotta pots to keep them out of the way of the army of slugs and snails that invade my garden - but 79 varieties! That'll take some beating. Best wishes, Vera

	A warm welcome Leslie and congratulations to you both I love my Hosta,s but only have about 6 different varieties. I have an ongoing battle with large and small snails though. Even putting posts on gravel they still get to them :-(

	Congratulations to you both and welcome. I love Hosta's but unlike you only have about 20 varieties. Barbs what you do is wait till midnight go in garden with torch and large bucket amazing how many snails you can catch, keeps the neighbours wondering what you are up to. ;-) Carol
