some chocolates from a local chocolatier

Maple syrup ............. even though that is really from Eastern Canada, our winters aren't cold enough

West Coast First Nations art ................ eg, ceramic trivet with a First Nations design on it

Packet or 2 of wild-caught smoked sockeye salmon ................ they are smoked, packaged in foil packets, then steamed, and are shelf stable for years. So no problem posting them overseas :-)

A bottle of HP sauce but sadly it's no longer made in Birmingham, so perhaps some Balti spices would be a good representation of the area.

Mine would have to be a Bedfordshire Clanger and some Brussel sprouts. Both very local to me
