I bet is someone who has rushed back to the car with the baby in the shopping trolly and forgot they had the pushchair with them and not bothered going back as they may not expect to find the pushchair there. :-D |

What a daft set up! Presumably if you took the pushchair to the Police Station they would accept it and log it as found property. |
