Pleased he is up and about today, lying in bed is really not a good idea with a chest infection, bless him.

Hope he is soon back to his usual self :-D

Not well enough to get up this morning but well enough to eat his breakfast.

Not well enough to get up when the carers came at lunch time so they left him in bed in his pyjama top and naked as nature intended below that, jimmy pants and catheter are not an ideal combination.

Mid afternoon he felt well enough to get up, AT ONCE!

I have never got him up before and neither has his mate but we managed it with great difficulty, and without me seeing where I came from!

Rolling about indoors, sticking his oar in wherever takes his fancy again.

He is being a bedridden old disabled person today.

It won't last, he doesn't enjoy it!

It does give him time to think up some more!

He has had his first antibiotic and says he feels better.

I did manage to get some food into him, a banana, three home-made biscuits, egg and mash, a little yoghurt, a little bar of chocolate. I know how to do it, little bits here and there.

He must be feeling better, at 10pm, I think he wanted a cup of tea but he was demanding washing!

Dear Sharron

Hello

Hope Mr Fred will feel better very soon.

In the meantime, try and get him to rest and relax.

Take gentle care of yourself, too
Lots of good wishes

I don't think he feels well enough to get drunk and sleep around at the moment but you can never be too careful!

He is having mashed potato and poached egg as I write. One egg, little bit of spud on a little plate, aaw.
