People who spit/ throw gum/throw cigarette ends in front of me as I walk.
Cyclists on pavements (where they shouldn't be) or shared paths (where they can be) who ride up and whoosh past without a bell or a shout or anything. Some of us don't hear them being hard of hearing and/or senior citizens. :-(

The Opening Post is very similar to my personal profile in a management test I did some years ago. Obviously improved slightgly since then.

I also detest hospital charges - as I detest the money hospitals extract from frachisees. If we visit a sick person, we often do it for duty not pleasure. First we pay a fortune to park, then we may want to buy a card, some flowers, some grapes. And they are very over-priced. Why? Because franchisee is paying an enormous amount of money for their corner in the hospital.

Smoking!! I have just seen a chap of about 70 parking in Morrisons with a lit cigarette in his mouth. I thought it was very dangerous and must admit I laughed out loud at him. It did look so ridiculous - yet it would have been quite normal 20 years ago.

in laws - or as I refer to them, outlaws!!!

chewing gum and people who constaetly chew gum - Alex Ferguson sprigs to mind here

people who say nothink, somethink, everythink!!! why?

people who say aboslutely instead of just "yes"
or "at this moment in time" instead of "now"

spitting - footballers do it all the time

footballers who, when they score a goal, run round the pitch like idiots - that's what they are paid an obscene amount of money for

drivers who don't acknowledge when you've given way for them - likewise people who ignore you when you've opened a door for them

advertisements with people eating a variety of things

adverts for loan companies - Wonga in particular

motorists using mobile phones when on the move

Most of Paula's list plus....
People who don't eat with their mouth closed.
People who take a drink when there is food in their mouth.

Above all I can't stand bad manners of any kind, whoever said manners maketh the man was absolutely right in my opinion.

most of the above

Food & Wine SNOBS!

People who visit with their brats & say "Your house isn't set up for children"... ofcourse it's not, NO children live here!

"Perfect" (in their own minds) people

Those who try to shove their beliefs down my throat..... and I'm going to hell in a handbasket because I disagree with them.

:-|

Take my soapbox away........ I could go on for hours.

I'm not a food/wine snob, but I detest tripe, liver, brains, kidneys (all that awful/offal stuff....... and can only eat turnip if it's in soup or a pasty.
