Good afternoon everyone. It's seems Mersey is taking a sabbatical hope all is well with her and she will be back soon.

I have been to Yoga this morning, thankfully getting back into my stride again.


It is absolutely freezing here today, just thinking of all the poor souls surrounded by all the floods makes me count my blessings.
