In the near future I will have to be filling out forms like this. I'm not looking forward to it at all. I applied for OH blue badge and was surprised when we received it within a week. Sent of for the attendance allowance form and it says you need to be needing someone to care for you for 6mths before you apply. Wonder if that still applies if he has his leg/s amputated. |
