Maryanna - I have often pondered over your candle conundrum.

If you lived in the Somerset levels, you might have ferries at bottom of garden

Ah now Errol, that's what you suggested I had at the bottom of my garden last Summer.

When my candles were being moved about every night. Actually all I have, or did have until they were flooded out, were sheep !!

Never did get to the bottom of that. Mind you I haven't been to the end of the garden either for quite a while.

Actually, a ferry from where we are on the Exmoor coast across to Wales would be very useful.

I have no idea - I have heard nothing from GR about it, not that it particularly bothers me if it makes people happy.

If I lived in Dover would I have ferries at the bottom of the garden?

Errol, I must need new specs. Every time I read the heading on this, I see " there's a WOMAN " at the bottom of the garden.

I am confused. Must be last nights RRing. Where did your other thread go ?

Poor little worm. I beg your pardon?

You lived at bottom of my garden. I never promised you a rose garden. And now you are squished because you tried to leave the garden and never saw the load approaching :-( :-( :-(

The long thin slimey ones slip down easily
The short fat furry ones stick

When the short fat furry ones stick between your teeth
That's when the juice goes

schlickkkkkk

Phyll Report 27 Feb 2014 10:19

Cut off their heads, cut off their tails & suck out the juice,
throw their skins away
nobody knows how much
I love my worms three times a day.

A friend of mine used to say that verse about going to eat worms, when things went wrong or she got ticked off at work lol

I had never heard it before but have heard it several times since.

It goes something like

Nobody loves me, everyone hates me,
think I will go and eat worms!

Fat ones, thin ones, long ones, short ones,
see how they wriggle and squirm.

I can't remember the rest and too tired to google it
